Sunday 2 June 24

  • Welcome -

  • The Word says, A time will come, however, indeed it is already here, when the true (genuine) worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth (reality), for the Father is seeking just such people as these as His worshipers.  God is Spirit (a spiritual Being) and those who worship Him must worship Him must in spirit and in truth (the Word of God) John 4 :23-24 AMP

  • Worship and the Word flow together.

  • Worship is to come out of our very inner being, and flow through our spirit, soul and body.

  • Abandonment to Jesus

  • Living water flowing through us

  • In Acts 3: we read of Peter & John going to the temple to prayer - saw a man crippled from birth and prayed for him.  The man was healed, stood up and was dancing and leaping and praising God.

  • This morning, if there is something that you want the Lord to lift off you, I encourage you to join in the worship.

  • Really enter in, jumping and leaping and praising God.

  • We are going to worship for an extended time and then hear the preaching of the Word

  • No one is going to lay hands on you,

  • Look to the Lord - between you and Him

  • Come to the altar if that is what you want to do.

  • Be released to be in full worship, one on one, with the Jesus

  • Throw off the old and come into the new

  • You have not because you ask not

  • Time for clean hands and a pure heart

  • Lord- less of me- more of you - fill me again

  • Breakout of barriers -pour your heart to the Lord - bring the walls down

  • Break through restrictions - wash off the words

  • Jesus is calling us to wake out of our slumber

  • Surrender to the Lord and receive the new anointing

  • Rom 15:13 NIV “  May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit”

  • God is the source of our hope

  • Hope not wishful thinking or optimism but absolute confidence in the promises of God

  • Faith is in the now - believing the Word of God

  • Hope is for the future - it is as yet, unseen

  • It is in the promises of God

  • Declaring scripture - Wednesday church -declare scripture as part of intercession.

  • Speaking scripture over family situations and over areas needing healing -His presence falls

  • Our Lord is the God of Hope, God of Joy, God of Peace God of righteousness, God of Power

  • Hope is by the power of the Holy Spirit in you

  • When you are filled with faith through believing in Jesus Christ and the truth of the Word, you are filled with hope for life and the future

  • John 4:23-24 NIV “Yet a time is coming and has now come, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in Truth, the Word, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.  God is Spirit and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.

  • We enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise - clothed in the anointing or mantle given for our call in life

  • Entering in, lifts us from a place of loss or despair or “it’s just took hand type of thinking

  • And takes us into the presence of the Lord

  • Worship team lead, break through, carry us along

  • John 3:30 NKJV “He must increase, but I must decrease”

  • Keep focused - be aware, the enemy wants to distract you - he wants to steal your anointing

  • Romans 15:13 AMP “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing (through the experience of your faith) that by the power of the Holy Spirit you will abound in hope and overflow with confidence in His promises”

  • Being filled with hope and joy and peace we are sustained and empowered as believers in Jesus Christ.

  • We have a powerful prayer of God’s favor and blessing to receive and be flooded with the fullness of God’s hope, joy and peace by the power of the Holy Spirit.

  • You have an anointing for your call in life

  • All His promises are unchanging, for God is the same yesterday, today and forever.

  • The world around us is changing - but he never changes

  • When you are filled with faith through believing the truth of the Word, you abound in hope

  • We hold on to our Hope in Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our faith.

  • The joy of the Lord is our strength

  • And the Peace of God that passes all understanding is in our hearts and in our minds in Christ Jesus.

  • Ps 20:7 NIV “Some trust in chariots and some trust in horses , but we trust in the name of the Lord our God”

  • You are anointed for the call on your life.

  • You wear this anointing as a cloak or mantle

  • Remember Elijah, who as he was taken up to heaven, threw his mantle to Elisha,

  • It was a mantle with a double anointing

  • Joseph was given a cloak of many colors, representing many giftings

  • Blind Bartimaeus - sat by the roadside, dirty, calling out to Jesus - open my eyes

  • Paul & Silas anointing to break down walls-and they did!

  • Jesus on the Cross covered in His blood.

  • That Blood is a covering for us

  • His name is a covering for us

  • Romans 15:13 TPT “Now may God, the fountain of hope, fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you trust in him.  And may the power of the Holy Spirit continually surround your life with his super-abundance, until you radiate hope”

We will bless the Lord at all times.

His praise shall continually be in our mouths.

My soul shall make its boast in the Lord; the humble shall hear of it and be glad.  Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together, For I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.

You are anointed by God to be filled with the hope of God for the future.

You are anointed by God to be filled with the joy of the Lord.

You are anointed by God to be filled with the peace of God that passes all understanding.

Receive what the Holy Spirit is pouring out over you and pouring into you right now!

Everything that Father God gave to Jesus has been given to us by the Holy Spirit.

All Power and Authority by the Holy Spirit.  Amen
